 K.K. AxisPoint (referred as “we” hereafter) defines in the text below the terms and conditions regarding the services provided on its website and their use by any company, group or individual who wishes to subscribe to it (referred as “subscriber” hereafter) and the users of our website (referred as “users” hereafter).
 Clause 1 Scope of the present Terms and Conditions
 These terms and Conditions apply to us and the subscribers of our services (referred as “subscriber” hereafter), as well as the users of our website (referred as “users” hereafter).
Clause 2 Our services
 Our services consist in the recruitment among our users of new tenants for property(ies) run by the subscriber or property(ies) of the same nature by the method laid down below.
(1)The publication on our website of the property(ies) run or managed by the subscriber of our services. All the data necessary to the publication of the property(ies) have to be provided by the subscriber.
(2)The disclosure to the subscriber of the information of any user who made an inquiry about the property(ies) published.
(3)The disclosure to the user(s) of the subscriber’s contact information
Clause 3 Our services fee
 The subscriber has to pay the fee via bank transfer by the day preceding the publishing day of the property(ies) information (the day being decided by the subscriber). The amount of the fee is decided based upon the duration of the publication and the number of buildings. The subscriber will have to pay the transfer fee.

 (duration of the publication and fee per building)
 ●Fee per month:2000 yen plus tax per building per month.
 ●Contractual period:3 months, 6 months, 12 months.
 Clause 4 Service period
 The period for which our services will be provided is the period the subscriber has chosen between 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
 Clause 5 forfeiture of benefit of time
 In case one of the following events occur, we hold the right to stop providing our services without prior notice
 (1) (1) In case of gross negligence or breach of faith committed by the subscriber.
 (2)When the subscriber defaults on its obligation it has to TokyoRoomFinder even if related to the subscription to another service.
 Clause 6 Prohibitions
 1.The subscriber makes a false declaration at the time of the subscription to the present services.
 2.The subscriber provides false information regarding the property(ies) to be published.
 3.The subscriber property(ies) is an illegal construction.
 4.The subscriber obstructs us from providing the present services and causes us to make a loss or in the case it is thought he could
 5.The subscriber infringes on the rights of a user or a third party and consequently causes harm to him or in the case it is thought he could.
6.The subscriber fails to act according to law or public order and standards of decency or in the case it is thought he could.
 7.The subscriber does something other than the acts mentioned above, which we deem to be inappropriate.
 Clause 7 Cessation of the services and cancellation of the contract
 The subscriber can stop receiving the services provided by this contract and cancel the contract by submitting the document called ”Contract cancelation and cessation of services provided by TRF” by the end of the month the subscriber wants it to stop.
 Clause 8 Policies on personal information protection
 With regard to the treatment of our users’ information, their browsing history on our site and information about other contractors we acquired by providing our services, we shall abide by K.K. AxisPoint Privacy Policy.
 Clause 9 Suspension of the services
 We will suspend our services temporarily without prior notice in case our reservation system has to be stopped urgently or for server maintenance
 Clause 10 Disclaimers
 1.In case of any dispute or problem arising between the subscriber and one or several user(s), it will have to be solved by the parties concerned and we will not be held responsible for it in any case.
 2.In case the subscriber or the user cannot use our services because of a problem with his connection environment or because of a problem mentioned in 1, we will not be held responsible for any inconveniency caused.
Clause 11 Other
 1.We hold the right to modify the content of the present terms and conditions by notifying it on our website.
 2.In case an issue or problem arise between the subscriber and a user and cannot be solved with what is stipulated by these present terms and conditions, it will have to be solved by the parties concerned through negotiations.
 3. In case the parties concerned cannot come to an agreement through negotiations, it will be solved by the court of justice which has jurisdiction over our company’s location according to Japanese law.
 【TokyoRoomFinder Terms of use/Important points about the publication of the property(ies)’s information】
 ■Warranty
 We do not warrant a certain number of clicks to the property’s webpage but the publication of the property(ies)’s information on our site for a certain period. Hence, we will not repay or make any compensation in any of the following case.
①Any inconvenience or damage caused by a data loss due to a natural disaster or by the closing of the website.
②Any inconvenience or damage caused by a breakdown or any other problem on the provider side (the company managing the server)
③The impossibility to access the site temporarily due to overcapacity.
④Any inconvenience or damage incurred which is unintentional on our part.
 ■Disclaimers
 Although we do check the specific content of the information published, neither the site concerned nor its manager K.K. AxisPoint will be held responsible for any problem or accident arising due to the use of the subscriber ‘s property(ies) advertisement by anyone.
■Methods of payment
 The subscriber will get to decide of the publication date of the advertisement within the month just after we confirmed that the payment via bank transfer of the chosen course’s fee have been made. If the subscriber wishes to receive the bill via post mail, please notify it at the time of the subscription.
We only accept payment via bank transfer. Information necessary for the payment are the following.

The transfer fee will be paid by the subscriber. We will not make any repayment in any case
 ■Regarding the start of our services
 After we received the subscription form, we will send you the bill via email. Once we confirmed the payment, we will start the registration of the property(ies) information and issue the ID necessary to the use of the system and the password. If the subscriber wishes us to make the actual registration of the property(ies) information (840 yen per building) , he will have to send them to us or give us an URL with all the information on it. If the subscriber wishes us to do the registration, he will have to specify it at the time of the subscription by checking the “I Wish you do the registration” box.
■Cancellation and repayment
 We will not make any repayment for any reason except in case of an intentional negligence on our part. It is possible we cannot make any repayment after we published the subscriber’s property(ies) information on our website even if the subscriber asks us to suspend or cancel completely the publication of the information. However it is possible to cancel before the beginning of the publication. In case of cancellation, the repayment will be made via bank transfer and will amount to the fee of our services minus the transfer fee.
■Extension of our services
 We will contact the subscriber around 1 month before the end of the period agreed upon at the time of the subscription to ask if he wishes to extend this period. If this is the case, he will have to specify how many months he wishes to extend (the unit being 3 months). Then we will issue a bill and he will have to make the payment by the end of the current period. In case he does not wish to extend or in case of cancellation, we will delete his account and the property(ies) information from our website.
■Information conformity
 The subscribe will be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage caused by differences in the content of our site TokyoRoomFinder and the subscriber’s website such as differences in sums of money, number of rooms, equipment, availability etc…
