La Casa means home in Spanish. Since we started the shared house business La Casa in 2001, people from over 50 countries world-wide have lived together with Japanese. La Casa became a place where everyone can communicate, understand each other's culture and build a bond. La Casa series is a bridge between people and and their living situation allowing a small group of residents to create a homelike atmosphere.

While there are many larger properties available we stick to our concept and we've gotten a good reputation for that. La Casa might not be a 5 star hotel but it has warm atmosphere and provides the chance to interact with new people. That's one of the reasons residents tend to stay longer.

Currently, the La Casa series has two properties in Shinjuku and Shibuya, these are located near to our office so that we can provide a finer service to residents. We are on thel look out for new properties to add to the La Casa series continuously. If this rings a bell, please let us know.
