We help landlords to find new tenants by posting ads in Japanese and English on our website. Our website, Tokyo Room Finder works actively to attract foreign tenants. We offer you an affordable price to use TRFSS.
■Posting fee is 840yen for each bldg.(Please prepare Images of property and text by yourself.)( If you can post by yourself through our website, posting fee is deductable .)
■Monthly fee is 2100yen for each building.(Fixed)
■Contract term is on 3monthly basis( 3months, 6months, 12months).
■No additional fee for inquiry volume.
■No contingent fee
※Fee is for each building, It doesn't matter how many rooms.
※There is no upper limit for number of buildings but please contact us if you have lot to enter.

Tokyo Room Finder Roommate wanted Service Application

You can advertise for roommates or housemates to live with you!
■Posting fee is free at the beginning of posting. (Please prepare Images of property and text by yourself.)
■No monthly fee.
■No additional fee for inquiry volume.
■TRFRS is based on contingent fee system. This fee changes depending on contract period between landlord and roommate.
Short Period(～3months): 5250yen 5,250円
Middle Period(3months～6months):10500yen
Long Period(6months～):21000yen
※Properties to put for TRFRS have to be allowed to have roommates.
※Account and content will be deleted automatically, when you do not log in more than 3 months.
※We do provide posting service and general information about room sharing, however we are not responsible for issues between landlords and tennats.
