Clause 1(goal)
AxisPoint inc. (referred as “we” hereafter ) defines in the text below the Terms and Conditions for TokyoRoomFinder banner service (referred as “these present Terms and Agreements” hereafter) regarding the banner service provided by his website (referred as “our website” hereafter) and the rights and responsibilities held by AxisPoint inc. and the users of the service.
Clause 2 (format specifications of the advertisement etc…)
Here are the format specifications that the advertisement has to meet.
(1)Specification 1
Size : 68 pixels (Height) X 468 pixels (width)
Data Format : JPG or GIF (a GIF animation is also ok)
Specification 2
Size : 89 pixels (height) X 720 pixels (width)
Data format : JPG or GIF (a GIF animation is also ok)
(2)Position of the banner and number of frames
Specification 1:
The banner size will be 2 frames and be placed at a fixed position on the top page.
Specification 2:
The banner size will be 1 frame, be placed on the properties presentation page and will appear on a random basis.
(3)Fee and period of publication
Specification 1:
The fee is 31 500 yen per frame per month. After subscription, the subscriber can choose to leave his banner on our website for 12 months at most.
Specification 2:
The fee is 21 000 yen per frame per month. After subscription, the subscriber can choose to leave his banner on our website for 12 months at most.
Clause 3(method for the recruitment/advertisement)
The recruitment will be made by the publication of the advertisement on our website.
Clause 4(subscription to this service)
1.To subscribe to the banner service we provide, please fill out the “Banner service subscription form” (referred as “subscription form” hereafter).
2.We might ask the subscriber to show or give us some documents such as a copy of the registration of the company at the time of the subscription.
3.In case the content of the advertisement is contrary to public order and standards of decency or is a content we find inappropriate, we may have to refuse the subscription.
Clause 5 (Payment of the fee)
The subscriber to our banner service (referred as “advertiser” hereafter) will have to make the payment of the fee by the specified date.
Clause 6 (Creation and submitting of the content of the advertisement)
All the cost incurred in the creation of the advertisement will have to be bared by the advertiser and the advertisement will have to be submitted by the specified date and specified method.
Clause 7 (Responsibilities regarding the publication of the advertisement)
The advertiser will be held responsible for the content of the advertisement.
Clause 8 (extension of the period of publication)
In case we have to close our website for personal reasons during the publication period, we will extend the period of publication for a certain amount of time. However the regular and temporary closing for maintenance is excluded.
(1)If the site closed for between 6 hours and 24 hours, we will extend the period for 1 day.
(2)If the site closed for more than 24 hours we will extend the period for the number of closing day + 1 day.
Clause 9 (other)
1. We hold the right to modify the content of the present terms and conditions by notifying it on our website.
2.In case an issue or problem arise between the subscriber and a user and cannot be solved with what is stipulated by these present terms and conditions, it will have to be solved by the parties concerned through negotiations.
3.In case the parties concerned cannot come to an agreement through negotiations, it will be solved by the court of justice which has jurisdiction over our company’s location according to Japanese law.
